Just Help: A Mental Health VLOG

We all know someone who is prone to saying they're OK when you ask them how they are going... Maybe we are one of those people who says that!

So what can you do to help people who you know aren't actually ok? A few thoughts here in VLOG 10, the first VLOG for 2017!
